A New Single: Always Mademoiselle (Live in studio) by Enrico Pieranunzi

Once the recording session for Pieranunzi Plays Previn had come to an end, Enrico Pieranunzi returned to the piano for one more take, spontaneously revisiting Always Mademoiselle in a completely new version.

Written by André Previn for the 1969 Broadway musical Coco, starring Katharine Hepburn as Coco Chanel, the song is heard here in a live-in-studio performance marked by the freedom, immediacy and exhilaration of the moment.

This previously unreleased version anticipates Pieranunzi Plays Previn (Live in studio), out December 4 on Extended Place.
